Refunds and Returns Policy
Refunds are available ONLY for software bought directly from Datacatch. If your software came bundled with another product (such as a plastic storage rack), it is covered by the refund and return policies of the supplier of that product.
Refunds and Returns
Datacatch Librarian is available for a free 30-day evaluation. Customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the software prior to purchase. Evaluation software may be downloaded from this site, is fully functional, and includes complete online documentation.
After purchase, Datacatch software is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, please send a refund request to refunds@datacatch.com and provide the following details:
- Name
- Contact details
- Date of purchase
- Product name
- Order number(s)
- Product activation key(s)
- The reason for the refund
- If available, please attach a copy of your receipt

Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. Warranty Repairs
