Refund and return conditions are described in Datacatch's EULA. Any refund or return request must be received by Datacatch within 90 days of purchase.
An Internet connection is required to successfully install and activate the Datacatch Librarian software. This connection must be on the computer on which the software is installed. You cannot start or run the software until it has been activated.
Purchase are handled through the RegNow. On completion of purchase, you will return to the Datacatch web site.
